Full time has benefits.
Part time: Some crew only work one or two short shifts per week, others more. For the right crew members, we have enough needs that can work for your schedule.
We have internships available to get you up to speed if you are not sure if working in a bike shop is for you. We love retirees and students too!
You need good computer skills, can work in a fast paced environment, great communication skills, want to help build our excellent reputation with your quality interaction with our clients, keep our showroom, store and inventory organized and looking pro.
Ability to work on your feet during your shift and lift up to 50 or more lbs.
Excellent online product training with rewards for top performance.
Trek University
Trek University is a library of videos for retail training on Trek bicycles & Bontrager accessories. The videos are FUN & informative. As you pass courses, you are rewarded with prizes! Get to the "Master" level (which we do require!) and receive DEEP discounts on bikes & gear!
